During this week of giving thanks, I’d like to direct your attention to ten good charities that you might like to check out.
1. American Humane Association
For 130 years, the American Humane Association has served as the voice of the voiceless and the vulnerable, providing crucial services and inspiring individuals and organizations to protect and defend our children and our animals.
Toys for Tots help needy children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas. They play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable natural resources - our children.

Save the Children is the leading independent organization creating real change for needy children in the United States and around the world. It is a member of the International Save the Children Alliance, working in more than 110 countries to ensure the well-being of children.
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
